Fees
Fees are based on the services provided and vary from €60 for a Standard Consultation to €275 for a Private Full Medical.

Please contact the surgery for these non-urgent requests. A member of the reception team will advise whether you will need to make an appointment.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your form or letter to be completed.
Please note there is an administrative charge for all non-social welfare documents.

These tests will be requested by your GP, unless they are part of regular monitoring of specific diseases/medication
For results please contact the surgery after 2:30pm
We will contact you by text or call you about any abnormal results that need further discussion
Please allow up to two weeks for all results to be received
Please Note: You must provide consent and opt-in to receive texts from the surgery

In House Full Medical
Beginning with a consultation with the practice nurse for blood tests and screening tests
Extensive physical examination with the Doctor
You will be provided with a full medical report with advise and recommendations to maintain your health

Please complete as much of the form as possible before your appointment in black pen and bring the form with you. The form should be printed double sided.
ENG11
Dr Fiona Kelly is an approved examiner for ENG11 medicals.

BIM Medicals
We provide medicals required by BIM for their Safety Training courses
Occupational Health
We provide an Occupational Health service for a number of local businesses and firms. The service includes carrying out pre-employment medicals, assessing employees who have injuries in the workplace, giving vaccinations.
If you are a local business and are interested in providing these services for your employees, please get in touch with the Practice Manager.

Comprehensive care under the Maternity and Infant Care Scheme.
The scheme cover care for you and your baby up to 6 weeks post delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not provide antenatal care under the Home Birth Initiative.

If you are planning on travelling to a location requiring vaccines, please check here and enter your destination.
